Upon his return from Uganda, Frank met Cheryl and they were married in 1984. They have two children, now grown, and four grandchildren at the present. In 1987, feeling a call to full—time ministry, they relocated to Dallas, Texas where Frank attended Dallas Theological Seminary graduating with a ThM in Bible Exposition. Returning to California, he has been in full - time ministry for the last 27 years, with the past 13 years as the planting and senior pastor of Westside Christian Church.

Cheryl recently retired from Intel Corporation (after 24 years) and Frank joined her in retirement on January 2018 with the title of Pastor Emeritus conferred upon him by the church. They continue to attend and serve at Westside in a variety of capacities, which involve their passion for teaching and discipling others in the Christian faith.

As Frank transitions into this new phase of life, he will continue to pursue his passion to point others to Christ through the Scriptures, as well as his interest in fishing, hunting, golf and photography.
